Hooray! I did it! I did it! I did it! I just wrote the last few words of the first draft.
Okay, so that last transition is ... awkward, to put it mildly, and at the moment I'm thinking I've managed to let the whole story unravel, and how the heck shall I manage to hammer it into shape in just a week???

Chocolate, er? Unfortunately I've not just totally run out of chocolate but also of all other sweets. And the first package of Lebkuchen for this autumn/winter survived only some mere 15 hours (makes one Lebkuchen every 2 1/2 hours, except of course that there were about 8 hours of sleep inbetween and that the first four Lebkuchen had disappeared after 1 1/2 hours. *ggg*)
So my celebratory meal consisted of a roll with a thick layer of Nutella spread on it. And some TV. Only that the programme at one o'clock in the morning somehow sucks. But what the heck, I felt like a load of bricks had dropped onto my head, anyway. *g*
